With this new opening Augustus Hotel & Resort continues its journey to enhance its architectural heritage, following the renovation of Villa Radici in 2025, consolidating a vision that places the authenticity of the locations at its heart and the ability to transform every stay into an immersive experience. Villa Ines is the result of a fusion between the architectural style of Mediterranean 1950s and 1960s homes and a contemporary design approach with attention to detail, materials and the quality of living.

Set within the lush gardens of Villa Radici, Villa Ines has a light-filled living area on the ground floor that interacts with the outdoor spaces, whilst the bedroom is situated on the upper floor. A minimalist yet refined layout where every room has been designed to interact with the light and the coastal landscape. In the sleeping area, large decorative headboards, botanical textile panels and geometrically patterned floors evoke the relaxed charm of historic Italian holiday villas, while in the living areas the interiors open out onto the veranda and the garden.
